This consultancy's approach is that of partnership with your existing wellbeing staff creating and advising on a preventative approach to employee wellbeing. Step 1 An analyses of your current health practices. Special emphasis is placed on existing programmes and there measureability. Special care is taken to identify if there are any gaps between your people philosophy and health practices. Step 2 Recommendations are made using the above analyses as guide. Step 3 Depending on customer need, an implementation plan is developed to align the organisation with its desired health practices. Step 4 Measurement criteria & tools for all health practices are developed Step 5 Project management of the implementation plan (if required) |
