The human being thrives on eustress or positive stress.  We are designed to live with eustress but today we are mostly faced with negative stressors with a detrimental effect on our health.  Negative stress can be approached in 2 ways.  Number one is to create and maintain resilience to stress and number 2 is to acquire skills that will assist us in coping with stress.
