Energy and wellness through physical activity


This workshop looks at physical activity, its benefits and basic functioning of the body.  We investigate how fitness is defined and why people either get stuck on cardiovascular exercise or weight training.  Guidelines will be given to enable you to choose a fitness programme that is right for you.
