Being well to most of us is very elusive as we seem to only have control over one or two wellness dimensions at one time.  We might exercise, eat well and feel passionate about our work.  But at the same time, we struggle to find time to maintain and grow relationships and get involved with our communities and churches.  This often makes us feel as if there is too much going on in our lives and we have to neglect certain parts to make other parts successful.


How often do we say that we do not have time for the things which really matter?   So what are those things that really matter?  For many people it is many different things.  But all of those link into one of the four keys to wellbeing.  Many great men and women will agree that life is a long adventure to unlock passion, grow relationships, find peace and care for themselves and others.
